Frequently Asked Questions
1. What types of products do you sell?
T-shirts, some sweatshirts, with plans to add items like greeting cards and wall art in the future.
2. How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart to ensure you can choose the correct size.
3. What materials are your shirts made from?
Cotton, cotton/polyester blends. Most t shirts are either Gildan 5000 or Bella+Canvas 3001.
4. Are your designs original?
I do my best to ensure all designs I sell are my own original creations, not just copies from other merch sites, so that you can find something unique here.
5. How are the designs printed?
Designs are printed on demand with Printify, using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing.
6. Do colors look exactly like the website photos?
Since screens vary in color representation the images you see online may vary somewhat from the actual product.
7. How long does it take to process an order?
Production may take a couple days. Allow a few days after production for delivery, depending on location.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Items you order are printed after they are ordered, so returns and exchanges are not accepted for ordering the wrong size, etc. If, however, the product arrived damaged, or with a printing error, you can receive either a refund or replacement.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay.
11. Is my payment information secure?
Yes.
12. Can I request a custom design?
If you are interesting in a custom design please contact me and I'll see what I can do for you.
13. Will you be adding new designs?
Yes, I plan to regularly add content.
